The Project

Project Overview

This three-story luxury residence was developed and constructed by MYDC as a fully integrated residential project. The home includes six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, three outdoor spaces, a green roof, and Philadelphia’s first solar canopy by Brooklyn Solar.

The residence also includes a private movie theater designed by Elite Control & Design and was selected for the 2024 AIA Philadelphia Home Tours.
