The Project

Project Overview

4408–10 Lancaster Avenue is a five-story mixed-use multifamily development planned and advanced by MYDC. The project includes two commercial units and nine residential units, with a two-story steel podium supporting wood-frame construction above.

MYDC led acquisition, zoning, permitting, approvals, and early project development before transitioning the opportunity to Terra Firm Group investors.
